Nothing makes strong appeal in a modest race in which Dusty Bin is the only one to have visited the winner's circle. However, that success arrived over the minimum trip and he tackles a mile plus here. Ronni Layne and Accomplice both showed improvement when second and third over 1m1f last time in an ordinary Lingfield handicap on the turf and are respected but CHOUGH is preferred. She has improved for the reduction in trip on her last three starts and ran her best race to date the last day when runner-up at Brighton on her first venture onto grass in nine starts. Hopefully she can build on that staying on turf and prove too good for Mordoree, also improved the last twice and now sporting first-time cheekpieces.
