In depth

Verdict

Aleef is only 3lb higher than when scoring at Lingfield but shoulder a welter burden in a more competitive affair. Bellevarde has run here eight times but only won once so far. Harrogate turned in a shocker at Ripon at the start of the month but BOUDICA BAY has been knocking on the door and his turn may have come around again. It’s no surprise to see Refuge back over 5f and Triple Jaye has solid claims on her latest second at Ripon given she is the least exposed of these.
