Verdict
Karashar appears to have the beating of those to have run over hurdles although support for the likes of Clovis or Tyrur Ted would be of interest. The concern with the selection is to how he reacts to the heavy fall that he took at Market Rasen. He was held at the time but the winner has proved to be a fair performer and it was a decent effort; he can gain compensation as long as he's suffering no ill effects. Morestead was beaten a long way behind Tobago Bay at Sedgefield and looks held on that piece of form and of more interest are the newcomers. The market should provide a useful guide to their chances but two of particular interest are Clovis who was a fair handicapper on the level and Irish challenger Tyrur Ted. The remainder can't be ruled out but not many jump off the page and Karashar looks to be the one in the opener.
