Easkey Lad showed resilience in landing his last two starts - both at Ffos Las - and is only 6lb higher with both wins coming by under a length. He actually drops a level now but that last victory did come in a race which seemed to fall apart. Nevertheless, he has every chance of landing the three-timer but YOUVEBROKENMYDREAM is a narrow preference. Bill Turner has had a couple of winners in the last fortnight and this mare has been thereabouts on her last three runs, Harry Kimber's 7lb claim may just tip the balance in her favour.
