COPPER KAY has a terrific NH pedigree and should make a decent hurdler. She made a winning start in bumpers at Warwick in January and ran a fine race in a Listed event at Sandown in March, staying on strongly inside the final furlong having been hampered on the turn for home. She should be much too good for these, though Acajou Des Bieffes will improve on his fourth at Fontwell in June. Our Reward and Clondaw Cian are winning pointers while Arthur Burrell sprang a surprise here in July, though will find this much tougher under his penalty. Biretta has hinted at ability and looks best of the rest.
