Another race in which several trainers have multiple entries. Brian Ellison runs four and the consistent Christmas Light should be thereabouts again off a low weight but Jo'Burg is penalised for his win at Redcar and seems to reserve his best for that track nowadays. He was behind stablemate Classic Colori and Michael Dod's Shamdarley when only seventh in this 12 months ago. Three-year-olds Oxford Charley, Henry Allingham and Knave Of Clubs all warrant close inspection but Switzerland may be behind Colour Guard of Mark Johnston's two runners and Flaxen Flare, representing last year's successful stable, ran poorly over 1m2f here last month. Sam Sharp won at Leicester earlier this month and Nazreef is well treated on his all-weather form but ANOTHER FOR JOE is much improved this year and has become something of a specialist at this intermediate trip.
