      Verdict

      Stewards’ Cup winner Gifted Master bids to win this Listed prize for the second year running but it looks a much hotter contest this time around. Projection was a good fifth in the Diamond Jubilee at Ascot in June and then just beaten in a Group 3 at Newbury but DREAMFIELD (NAP) looks the one to beat. John Gosden's lightly-raced colt narrowly lost his unbeaten record in the Wokingham two runs ago but surpassed the effort when sixth last time in the July Cup and he holds the fast-fading Limato on that run. Top Score has work to do if he is to be competitive in this company.
