A competitive contest rounds off the card and many would have chances on their best form but the principals look to be Toparudi, Gallileo Figaro and Noble Minstrel and the vote is given to Toparudi. The selection was a fair third behind Cotton Eyed Joe last time out on ground softer than ideal. This faster surface should suit and with his yard continuing in good form he looks the one to be on. Gallileo Figaro rates the main danger as he beat Kristiansand with a little in hand last time out. However the drop in trip has to be a concern and he is taken on with this in mind. Noble Minstrel is another that could go well on his latest second behind Full House. That horse has since franked the foem at Royal Ascot and he will not be far away. Dhehdaah travles well in his races but often finds less than expected while Spring Dream's best form is on rattling fast ground and with this in mind for the winner we return to Toparudi.
