Verdict

Bullace finally showed some improvement for a slide down the weights when runner-up over 7f here but AL MARMAR scored over today’s trip at Ascot a fortnight ago. That was his first start since April having been gelded during the interim and there should be more to come from Andrew Balding’s charge. Dutch Decoy scored back over a mile at Hamilton while Atheby returns to his winning trip in a first-time tongue-tie and is preferred to Makinmedoi.
