Low Delta should be there or thereabouts as may Vehari and Kinfayre Boy but ANOTHER CHARMER may be the way forward. There is a doubt about the ability of the selection to act on soft ground but he's one of the least exposed runners in the field and can be given the chance to prove himself. He had been absent since April when reappearing at Boxing Day but he produced a decent effort to chase home a well handicapped rival and may have a little more in the locker. The winner was trained by Ian Williams so he should have a fair idea of where he stands with Vehari who will act on the ground and races over a suitable trip but is still a maiden. Low Delta has to carry a penalty for his win at Towcester and he's been running consistently well under similar conditions of late; he may have the scope to be competitive from higher marks. Kinfayre Boy came within a nose of doubling his tally at Catterick but he does seem to be suited by the demands of that track whilst Delightfully isn't dismissed despite disappointing last time. A tricky start to the day's proceedings but Another Charmer may be able to put a smile on our faces.
