Verdict

ANTHEM NATIONAL found top gear in the closing stages over 6f here on his debut but it was too late to catch the first two and he was beaten a neck. This extra distance will suit and he gets the vote over Murbih. The latter placed at Southwell on last month’s introduction and should be thereabouts at the finish while £75,000 purchase Microburst is preferred to Run Teddy Run of the newcomers.
