    Verdict

Most of these are course winners including Abnaa, who gained his third success here in an apprentice race last week for which he goes unpenalised. BALQAA came here for the first time last month and defied an absence to score with a bit in hand. She was well supported that day and looks to have plenty more in the tank. Engles Rock scored here in October and again last month and didn't quite get the run of the race on a return visit next time. Possible Ambition had been racing over further before dropping back to this trip to score here earlier this month and is only 2lb higher while none of the remainder can be dismissed in a very competitive handicap.
