In depth

Verdict

Several have form over 7f including Golden Passport, who is penalised for winning at Wolverhampton back in September. Sunfyre placed in a maiden here and Zapphire finished third in novice company but IMPERIAL ACE looks to have the stronger form on his debut third over course and distance so Hugo Palmer’s charge gets the vote. Laser Guided looks a likely improver and may prove best of the rest.
