Viscount Rossini likes this track and has a career total of six victories over timber. He's high enough in the weights but Peter Carberry's claim will help. Rolecarr produced an astonishing performance at Hexham in November to land a handicap by 23 lengths. However, that was a plating-class event and he's been raised 13lb in the weights. Malin Bay appeared to be suited by the trip when stepped up to 2m5f at Perth and will find this tougher on his handicap debut but SENDALI will relish the trip and ground and can take this. James Bethell's charge returned after a couple of months off to land a Catterick handicap around this time a year ago and is just 4lb higher this time. Agglestone Rock is better over fences these days but will be fit enough after a recent run on the Flat and is well enough handicapped back over timber to make his presence felt.
