    Verdict

Astro Jakk won at Wolverhampton in December with both Aberama Gold and Ballyare behind. The latter has subsequently gone close over the minimum trip here but ASADJUMEIRAH looks worth sticking with. Antony Brittain’s charge dead-heated for first with Tommy Taylor over track and trip last time and that form looks stronger now given the latter has since returned an easy winner back at this venue. Devil's Angel landed a double at the track at this time last year but hasn’t raced since September.
