PISTOL couldn't cope with Sandown's tricky fences last time and was eased but he'd shown promise earlier at Wetherby and is potentially well treated over the larger obstacles. We'll give Philip Hobbs' five-year-old another chance, though Perfect Candidate is equally unexposed and Young Hurricane wouldn't be without a chance if in the mood.
