A very tough finale for punters to solve and FORCE GROUP, twice a winner in recent weeks at Pontefract can complete the hat-trick with Killcara Boy and Look To This Day the biggest dangers. Patience is a virtue and that is certainly the case where Mark Tompkins is concerned as Force Group returned from a near 12 month absence to score on his seasonal debut in April. He quickly followed up at the end of that month but now returns once again after 142 days off the track. As mentioned he goes well fresh and due to the hiccups endured along the way he could well be still learning about the game and gradually improving. Killcara Boy remains competitive off his current mark. He showed a nice turn of foot at Doncaster on his penultimate start but just found the stiff climb at Salisbury beyond him on his last start. Look To This Day skips an engagement at Beverley on Wednesday to take up this instead. Times Vital looked to be given far too much to do at Sandown last time when strongly supported and merits consideration along with The Carlton Cannes who takes a drop in trip when is not ideal. Force Group is picked to make another successful return to the track and land the finale.
