Reel Gift showed improved form when stepping up on her debut effort to finish a creditable second to Visit in the Princess Margaret Stakes last time and has to be respected on that evidence but preference is for Starlit Sands, with Littlemisssunshine rated the pick of the remainder. The selection lost no caste in defeat when chasing home Elletelle in the Queen Mary and, while ultimately disappointing when fourth in the Molecomb, she looks well worth another chance on Royal Ascot form and gets the vote. Edge of Light is strictly held by Reel Gift on Ascot running, while Fanatical also has a bit to find on running that day. Cake needs to improve on all known form and of more interest may be Littlemisssunshine. She too is strictly held by Starlit Sands on Ascot running and Sir Mark Prescott's filly looks the one they all have to beat.
