In depth

Verdict

HAWK FLIGHT and Tennis Cap were promoted to second and third in the race won by Burn And Turn at Leopardstown last month and there is very little between them here. Both are very consistent and deserve to win a race but preference is just for the former, who stayed on the better. The Amarillo Kid, a winning point-to-pointer and bumper, looked a progressive hurdler when a good fourth at Fairyhouse and should get competitive while Essexbridge failed to stay 2m4f at Down Royal after a very good run behind Folsom Blue at Limerick.
