Another poor turnout, numerically, for a Grade 2 but an interesting contest nevertheless with a pair of Willie Mullins-trained recent winners taking on Ttebbob. The latter made all for impressive victories here and at Thurles but couldn't get to the front early enough against Douvan in the Grade 1 Racing Post at Leopardstown and was soon beaten. That was nowhere near his form but the champion trainer will know how he stands and tactics are likely to play their part. Sambremont made all for a very impressive victory at Fairyhouse and is likely to take on Ttebbob from the start which may leave the way open for the lightly-raced impressive Gowran winner TELL US MORE to sweep past.
