Verdict

A wide open bumper rounds off the card and as usual in these events the market will be all important but the principals look to be Golden Measure, Ripntear, Our Jasper and Team Resdev and the vote goes to Golden Measure. The selection sets a fair standard and although he was well beaten last time out that was in a much tougher race and under conditions that suit he is taken to give weight away all round under conditions that suit. Ripntear rates the main danger as he hails from a predominantly flat yard and this gelding by Sabrehill will not have to be anything special to take a hand in the finish. Our Jasper is a gelding by Tina's Pet and is from a yard that does well in this sphere so is worth noting in the market. Of the remainder Team Resdev is another that catches the eye on breeding and is another to monitor in the market, but in a race that throws up more questions than answers for the winner we return to the experienced Golden Measure.
