In depth

Verdict

MOOJDEE scored at Kempton for Roger Varian in August last year and should not lack fitness with his stable in top form. Ranaan made a winning reappearance here last year but just looked in need of the run a fortnight ago. Thawban made a winning debut at Jebel Ali but disappointed on a return visit while Energetic has shown his best form on that track. Dessman, a winner in the USA for Bob Baffert, raced in much better company in his first season here but did not show much in two starts at Jebel Ali last winter.
