MIMI KAKUSHI was brilliant in the UAE 1000 Guineas, tracking Awasef into the straight then powering away for an impressive success. It's difficult to see the runner-up or fourth-placed Asawer reversing the form over this longer trip and a second classic looks on the cards. Ami Please had four runs in the USA without showing anything special but Doug O'Neill won the 2000 Guineas here so she's greatly respected. Habooba's second came in a four-runner race over 7f but Solaire could be a bit better than her bare form suggests and may snatch a place.
