Verdict
Angel Delight, Jaffa and Why The Long Face look the three to concentrate on in this competitive handicap chase and the vote is given to Jaffa. The selection was a good second after a fair absence behind Compton Amica last time out. He remains on a fair mark and with this faster ground sure to suit he will be hard to beat. Angel Delight rates the main danger on his latest second behind Kew Jumper as that horse has since ran well under his penalty so he has definite place claims. Why THE Long Face is another with place claims on his best form but his best efforts have come on much softer ground and off lower marks so he looks worth opposing. Upham Lord has been in fair form of late in hunter chases and returns to handicapping on a fair mark and with the drop in trip sure to suit he is another that could go well but for the winner we return to Jaffa.
