        Verdict

        SWIFT BLADE beat The Blue Dog with a bit to spare over track and trip last month. The latter subsequently landed a hat-trick so the form looks rock-solid and Lady Herries' charge can take this under one of the leading amateurs. Dellbuoy won here before finding the selection too good and Linkable won a similar contest over course and distance in November with Jennifer Powell on board. Royal Marskell was only beaten a head by the latter and also has claims along with recent Kempton winner Obboorr.
