Verdict

Poetic Motion held off the attentions of Lippy Lady to win by a head at Bath last time and the latter re-opposes on slightly better terms. Previous winner ACT OF MAGIC (NAP) was only fourth at Bath but failed to get a clear run when making a late surge. He’s taken to turn the tables with the above pair with normal luck in-running and gets the nod. Temujin will likely be sharper for last month’s comeback on the Polytrack here but Florence Rose has had no luck with the draw while Swiss Peak is creeping steadily closer as he slips further down the weights.
