Verdict
The market should tell us what to anticipate from Orion's Bow on his first start in a handicap and connections have fitted blinkers as a statement of intent. CHANTREA has become a professional bridesmaid at this circuit with three runners-up prizes on her last three visits, but she hasn't done a lot wrong and she can reverse form with Marmarus on this occasion. Clive Cox has booked Jenny Powell for the latter and with the rider on the cusp of riding out her 7lb claim, that could prove to be a very astute move. Persian Bolt put up a solid performance under forceful tactics at Leicester, and with the track notably assisting frontrunners of late, it wouldn't be a surprise to see Eve Johnson-Houghton's filly committed early in her pursuit of the prize.
