Few make any appeal in a weak contest and HOPE PROBE can return to winning ways. The latter has finished runner-up in both starts since winning at Catterick last month and drops back down in class today with Mark Crehan’s allowance another positive. Last Date returned a beaten favourite at Chelmsford having won his previous outing at the same track while Calonne is usually thereabouts at this level but has just the one win in 21 attempts. Mr Beau Blue has slid down the weights and is fitted with a tongue-tie for this.
