This is wide-open and only a tentative vote goes to Bold Diktator, with Grezie, Fantasy Defender, Red Affleck and Midnight Lace also rating mentions. The selection won well at Bath last time when fitted with first-time blinkers and can go well again from a seven-pounds higher mark, although you'll have to take a view as to whether a high or low draw is best. Grezie looks competitvely weighted and gets a positive mention, while Fantasy Defender, if the going stays on the fast side, also has to be given a solid shout. Do not be surprised if the cheekpieces eke out some improvement from Aberdeen Park, while Crystal Music is lightly-raced and improving so is also respected. Meditation is on a winning Turf mark, and might go well, while Kristinor is worth another try at this trip and could go well as he missed the kick last time in first-time cheekpieces. Moonmaiden might fare better at this trip on this going after disappointing three times since winning at Bath, while, back on the all-weather, Nan Jan might yet be capable of winning from his current mark. Midnight Lace won his maiden here and does not look too badly rated, while Fasylitator has bits of form but might be better at other all-weather venues. Red Affleck was backed when only just beaten last time in headgear and a watching brief in the betting is advised. Overall, then, once again, the vote goes to Bold Diktator.
