Radiator Rooney, Rapsgate and Correct Time are three against the field in a competitive finale and the vote is given to Radiator Rooney. The selection won well last time out when beating Hardy Norseman with a little in hand granted he has a penalty for that win but he looks a progressive type and is taken to defy the handicapper from a good draw. Rapsgate has dropped to a handy mark and would be a danger to all on his best form but he has shown very little of late so can not be put forward with any confidence. Correct Time is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he looks weighted up to his best at present. Pauvic has won his last two races in good style but he is rocketing up the weights and this looks very competitive so he may be found out. Of the remainder Developer is from a yard in form and is another that could go well but in a race where many can be fancied for the winner we return to Radiator Rooney.
