Mr Lambros is lightly raced and can see off the more exposed Katiypour, with Jonny Ebeneezer, Chateau Nicol and Binanti expected to play a part in proceedings. Mr Lambros went off the boil on Turf but came back with a bang from a three-month break when scoring over the course and distance in January. A gelding operation has helped him settle down and he really has adapted well to the Polytrack. With that in mind, he has the scope to stop the in-form Katiypour from notching another success, with the step back up in trip perhaps against Brooke Sanders' eight-year-old. Jonny Ebeneezer is always dangerous to leave out but he has yet to hit top form, while Chateau Nicol is reliable and generally performs well at this level. Binanti was third behind the useful Eccentric over a mile last time and will be more at home here, as will Frankie's mount Kill Cat, who ran much too freely at Nad Al Sheba. An interesting handicap can go the way of Mr Lambros.
