GREYFRIARSCHORISTA is the clear form pick and may have most to fear from Into Wain and Pascalina. Mark Johnston's charge contested a better race than this at Wolverhampton on his latest start where he accounted for all bar a promising colt of Roger Charlton's. He should be good enough to land a race of this nature. Big Eric was beaten a long way in the same race whilst Tilsworth Glenboy and Baggsy have a mountain to climb on the form that they have shown thus far so it would be no surprise if one of the newcomers emerged as the biggest threat. Pascalina makes some appeal on paper but not as much as the 70,000 dollar purchase Into Wain. David Simcock's colt is related to a couple of smart performers and any market support would be encouraging but the known quantity that is Greyfriarschorista gets the vote.
