Bank On Him, Brave Dane, True Companion and Golano are the principles here and the nomination is given to Bank On Him. The selection was a beaten favourite at Goodwood last time but was probably not suited by the track that day, and as he goes especially well here he could be capable of gaining compensation. In fact 11 of his 13 career wins have come on this track and as he is in good heart at present he should take a good deal of beating. Brave Dane has been running over hurdles but is from a shrewd yard and he is back over his optimum trip on the flat after racing over an inadequate trip last time, so he is another worth considering. True Companion is another with form on this track and he confirmed his well-being with a good second behind Faayej at Beverley last time out. Golano is dropped in grade and in trip so is another worth considering, but for the winner we return to Bank On Him.
