Almost all of these are on the downgrade and have won off much higher marks and both Desque De L'Isle and Ramore Will have won twice here. Moonlighter has been racing in stronger company since landing a Chepstow handicap at this level in January and, with his rider claiming 8lb, should make a bold bid. Fairway Freddy is a great credit to Nick Gifford having won seven times from 37 starts and continues to perform with credit in this company but Mr Muldoon has been hurdling and pulled up when last seen over fences. SAINT XAVIER (NAP) won a Class 2 handicap at Haydock a year ago and has continued to run at a much higher level than this, including at Auteuil last time.
