A tricky race this, with 4 newcomers joining 9 lightly raced rivals, and we'll go for one of those with a modicum of experience, Zelloof, ahead of Reaction and Miss Sophisticat. The Godolphin runner is sure to be well-backed, as he's their only runner on the card and Frankie Dettori's only ride of the night after hot-footing it from Goodwood. She stayed on well on debut at Windsor last month over 6 furlongs, and looked likely to get further which she will here, and has a decent draw too. Bill Knight's Miss Sophisticat has an entry on Monday at Kempton in a similar contest, after running at Goodwood on Thursday. Well down a much better field, this may be too soon for her, but she's shown signs of having a win within her capabilities, certainly at this level.. Reaction is one of two Mick Channon's runners here, the other being a debutant, Mykingdomforahorse. He drops down a grade following a tough maiden here last month; prior to that he'd been placed in an even better contest but failed to improve as had been hoped. Ryan Moore's on board, this time.
