In depth

Verdict

Wexford bumper winner Maggie Connolly should be winning soon judging by her two recent efforts over timber though she has to concede 8lb to some progressive types and that may prove just beyond her. Coolharbour Breeze produced easily her best effort to date when runner-up to the impressive Magen's Star at Thurles and should continue to improve but the one to take out of that race is WHATS UP BRITTA, who took an age to warm up but finished with a real flourish over that two mile trip and can complete a double for the O'Grady/McNamara partnership. Happy Milly was far from disgraced behind Macville in a Listed contest here last month and should get competitive along with Knockfierna, who had shown little before a much improved run behind Carloswayback here 10 days ago while Haste Ye Bach has been running well enough to consider.
