Verdict
ALISIER D'IRLANDE won a point-to-point and a maiden hurdle before falling when in a clear lead on his chasing debut at Fairyhouse. He made amends with a spectacular victory over I'm All You Need at Naas and it will take a very good performance to lower his colours. Dysios has plenty of experience and did very well to land a tough handicap here in December while Fine Article was nowhere near his best when pulling up at Navan after a fair start over fences behind No More Heroes at Punchestown. Marchese Marconi has proved himself a smart performer on the Flat and over hurdles on good ground and should win his share over fences when the going quickens up.
