Only 3lb separates the top six on official ratings and top-rated Layfayette has extra to carry for his Curragh Group 2 victory. He only had half-a-length to spare over License at Naas in March but the latter, who will be 2lb better off, was well beaten in that Curragh Group 2. CLEVELAND, who was further behind in that Naas Listed race, has moved from Aidan to Joseph after landing the Chester Cup then finishing second in an 1m6f Ascot handicap. He takes a big drop in trip here but Ryan Moore knows him well and will make good use of his stamina. Beamish, unbeaten in three, is making such big strides that it would be no surprise to see him chalk up victory number four and he'll handle any further easing of the ground.
