Gypsy Rose followed a victory over 1m2f at Clonmel by scoring over today's trip at Tramore. She wasn't at her best back over ten furlongs here last time but is only 4lbs higher than for her latest success and will make a bold bid to get back on the winning track. Alajan is progressing nicely and followed an excellent victory at Tramore with another good effort behind tonight's rival Lynott at Navan. He's crept up the weights despite that latest defeat but should still give a good account. SPRING HAWK had done most of his running on polytrack before defying a long absence to score very easily at Down Royal. She didn't beat much but did it well and can defy a 9lbs rise, a burden which is eased by her fine young rider's claim. Bay Swallow battled to victory over this trip at Tramore and ran another good race when tackling an extra quarter-mile at Tipperary a week ago.
