Romany Dream can hold off the challenge of Iambe De La See, with Native Daisy, Maiden Voyage and Home By Socks adding to an interesting contest. After escaping a penalty for her September success at Fontwell, Romany Dream managed to win a moderate contest at the Sussex track at the start of November, but failed to confirm earlier form over Colliers Court when third to that one at Windsor eight days ago. However, she does at least have form to call on may prove too good for Iambe De La See. The latter has had just the two starts over fences, and after racing a bit too keenly at Ludlow on her chase debut, seemed to settle better when dropped back in trip at Newton Abbot, but was well held behind Kosmos Bleu. She is one of the lesser lights at Seven Barrows and is worth taking on here, although Nicky Henderson will not rest until he finds her a winning opportunity. Native Daisy has plenty to find with the selection on Fontwell running, while Maiden Voyage has been sidelined since June 2003, and is best watched on her chase debut. Romany Dream is the pick.
