Verdict

A competitive finale which puts the rest of the card to shame. Rocklander got off the mark at Chepstow but has been hit with a 10lb rise. Wildmoor Boy has been put up the same amount for winning a novices' handicap at Cheltenham and Peruvien Bleu is 8lb higher than when scoring at Towcester. The handicapper has gone to town on DOMINADA but Brian Ellison's gelding bounces off this fast ground and has struck up a good understanding with Megan Carberry. He can complete his hat-trick, despite another steep rise, though Satanic Beat is a danger and Cactus Valley is worth noting for future reference.
