Mesbaar cost 105,000gns as a yearling and is from a stable in cracking form. He would be very interesting if attracting market support but WONDERFILLO has certainly done nothing wrong in a couple of starts on Polytrack and is still improving. He could make it third-time lucky if continuing his progression on Turf. Meyrick will almost certainly improve on his debut at Newbury in August and Powderhouse is another with scope while Monaadhil’s dam stayed a mile, though the 160,000gns purchase is by sprinter Dark Angel.
