Mine Now did well over hurdles in the spring, completing a double and running well in better handicaps. Western Boy is another decent hurdler who can give a good account as he's also won a bumper while Alguazil found 1m2f much too short at the Curragh after a better effort over an extra two furlongs at Gowran. CREATIVE TALENT has been staying on at one pace over shorter trips and this should suit. Unless Jim Bolger's newcomer Locus Standi is decent he can finally get off the mark.
