In depth

Verdict

COEUS should have little trouble in getting his head in front, while both Fifth Avenue and Bilko Pak have ability and will win more races. The selection showed his class after winning in style at Lingfield last time. He was sent off favourite that day and confirmed his early promise. Sir Mark Prescott has his team of horses in fine form and he can add to his winning tally. Of his rivals Fifth Avenue will pose as the main danger and has shown enough in his six races to date to suggest he is good enough to win a race of this nature. He ran well enough after finishing third in a similar race at Bath last time out and although improvement will be required to beat the selection, he is sure to pick up some prize money along the way. Bilko Pak narrowly failed to follow up from his Windsor win at Chepstow last time out. He did not go down without a fight that day and is guaranteed to fight it out to the finish. Coeus looks a class above his rivals and is taken to win again.
