Verdict
Kempsey looks to be banker material for placepot players but he doesn't win very often and Hollow Jo appeals as a likelier winner. Overstayed has a positive jockey booking whilst neither Guto nor Stoneacre Boy can be confidently dismissed. The selection represents John Jenkins who has his team in fine order at present and this experienced campaigner looks capable of scoring from his current mark. Another furlong would be ideal but he did win over course and distance just over a year ago and has solid credentials. Kempsey is a consistent sort but has managed to win just once in thirty four all-weather starts whilst Guto is drawn low and it was a fairly moderate claimer that he won at Southwell last time. Course and distance winner Stoneacre Boy is slipping back down the weights and isn't without claims but we'll take a chance with Hollow Jo.
