    Verdict

Countessa won in soft ground at Lingfield to open her account but SUPER PROUD (NAP) came good on faster going at Yarmouth. She can race off a lower mark back on the all-weather with an apprentice’s allowance taken into account and this extra distance should not be a problem for the Haggas filly. Ladywood went close at Wolverhampton while Dolphin may finish closer today on only her second start handicapping.
