Microlight returned to winning ways at Brighton last time and should figure, despite a 3lb rise, as he won off a higher mark at Wolverhampton at this time last year. However, EREKA went close at the same track last month and looks capable of registering her first win in this less competitive contest. Teen Ager is only 2lb higher than his victory over a mile here in April but may be better for the outing, while Ocean Countess has claims on her best turf form but has yet to score on the all-weather. Avonvalley has been in better form of late but steps up in trip here.
