CUMANA BAY gets the vote to land this nursery, with Victoria Sponge and Whatyouwoodwishfor others to have a look at. Richard Hannon saddles up two here and Cumana Bay looks the pick. The Dansili filly did not get home over 7f on debut, and then needed every yard of the stiff 5f at Sandown to get her nose in front last time out. This trip therefore looks ideal for her, she will be full of confidence and she looks likely to be able to make it a second nursery win. Simple Rhythm has won twice at Yarmouth but looks better in claiming company given her current mark, and a better proposition looks to be Victoria Sponge. Richard Hannon's apparent second string has shown ability on all three starts to date and handles this trip well, though pedigree suggests she will be better at three. Whatyouwoodwishfor shaped up nicely on his nursery debut at Pontefract last time and from a good draw he'd have a decent chance provided he takes to the Polytrack. Ray Of Joy is a nice sort who is on a competitive, if not hugely appealing, mark, while All Spin is interesting now in a nursery and a glance at the market is advised from a yard who like to have a bet. Cumana Bay is the one for us.
