        Verdict

        Spiraea finished second at Southwell recently but was due to run at Wolverhampton yesterday. Beau Mistral bids for a hat-trick having narrowly beaten ASSERTIVE AGENT at Chelmsford last month but that was the latter’s first outing since September. She should be sharper today and is taken to turn the tables. Penny Dreadful finished behind the latter pair but Royal Rettie was placed off similar marks on numerous occasions last year and Flowing Clarets slips further down the weights.
