MUTAMAASEK should score in the penultimate race of the day but King Supreme and Aegean Prince also have a chance. The selection has been in the grip of the handicapper since landing a hat-trick of wins in January and although his mark remains unchanged here the same can be said about his main rivals. His form on the Polytrack has been impressive this year and shaped really well after a 254 day break to finish fourth of twelve at Lingfield last time. He is more of a specialist at that course but he promises to be a lot sharper here than his last outing and he should be too good. King Supreme is another in a battle with the assessor after a win at Brighton over distance in August. He returns to a much more competitive mark than he's been racing off recently but it still might be a little too much as his last performance suggested. Aegean Prince is in with a claim on his summer form and is one win from three in his career on the all-weather. That said he can have no excuses for a poor run here on his latest visit to a race course but any sort of improvement could at least give Richard Hannon's gelding a place. Summer Winds could be one a bigger price with some polytrack form but stamina may prove an issue with Mutamaasek getting our selection.
